It had been yet another day on Frost and Arctic had found himself preparing as per usual. He still had a long way to go before he could lay claim to the Planet and overthrow the PTO with his own faction. He still required numbers and great strength and while it wasn't too far off in the future, he had to make sure that he checked off all the boxes on his list. While he had some of his soldiers trying to gather intelligence on the Seed of the tree of might, he also had them searching for other methods to obtain great power. He didn't quite expect anything else to come up aside from the Seed of the Tree of might but with the vast sizing of the universe, he never could expect what kind of magic might come into his grasp. He was going to have his soldiers search every corner of the universe for anything he could use to gain an advantage against his opponents. He didn't care whether or not his acquired power would be earned through traditional means, all he really cared about was being the strongest in the universe. That would be the type of power he would need to conquer it and rule it with an iron fist. He wanted to insure that nobody would be able to match his power, his vast amount of strength that he would acquire throughout his time. Not the great Super Saiyans, not the Earthlings, not even the USD would be able to stand against the might of his own strength.
While he had soldiers searching for answers throughout the stars, he had spent a vast amount of time gathering more people to his cause. With the loss of the Kingdom of Frost, it was very simple to shift the narrative of his take over to a more political one. One where he really wouldn't need to lift a finger. It was quite a simple concept indeed on how he was going to do this. His political campaign would be based on the fact that Aisu wasn't capable of defending the Planet, he had failed in every way as both the faction leader and ruler of the Planet by allowing a foreign enemy to wipe out one of the Planets most important location without even the slightest bit of resistance. His failure as the ruler of the faction had led to countless lives lost and a sense of doubt across the planet about his leadership. This was something that Arctic could easily exploit, could easily manipulate and twist to his favour. All Arctic really had to do was show the planet that he was more capable of a leader, capable of defending their own soil against enemy threats and show them that he had the planets best interest at heart.
While he did want the best for Frost, it was all going to be for his own gain as ruler. The truth was that he didn't care for his soldiers or the civilian population, he had only cared about him and he would do whatever it took to become the leader of the planet. Once he was the leader and the ruler, his cruelty would be on full display but by that time it would be far too late for anybody to stop him. Though it wasn't quite as quick as simply taking over the planet by force, this could still be done within a reasonable amount of time. The primary benefit of this would be the lack of supporters in Aisu's corner when the time came and the population would most likely cheer for the new leadership of the Planet. After all, Aisu had proved the planet was now at risk and incapable of defending itself. This was something that Arctic wasn't going to allow to happen for much longer. He was going to insure that his interests were kept safe and that the main hub of the Planet Trade Organization and his new faction when they fully took control was well taken care of.
Though he couldn't help but think of a terrible outcome from this whole situation, something that would make this far worse. Surely, he expected word of the attack to travel far and wide quickly he couldn't help but worry about the saiyans finding out. While they had been in a stalemate for quick some time, news of the PTO's lack of ability to defend themselves could twist the saiyans arms into ending this long rivalry in one swift invasion. Though if that were the case, Arctic would have to worry about it then though he hoped he would have the luxury of time to be able to strike them at their heart first. He could only hope that time would be on his side and if it wasn't, he would have to improvise his plans and focus more on revenge than anything else but for now, it was best not to focus on what might come. He had to focus on what was coming and how to insure a smooth transition to him staying on the throne of Frost after he acquired it.
Today was going well and Arctic had been accomplishing much. Though the day wasn't going to be reserved for purely political advancements. He knew he was also going to put in some training so he could get ever stronger. He still had plenty of training to put in to become on of the strongest in the universe and for once in his life, he was taking this very seriously. The foes he had faced in the past as he worked his way up the ranks of the Planet Trade weren't ever a threat to him and he was capable of killing plenty at will but this would be much different. As the ruler of the faction and future leader of the planet, he needed to be unstoppable. Every day he didn't train was a day that was somewhat wasted.

The rest of the day was going to be primarily focused on combat training, though along side simple combat training was going to be some improvements upon techniques. Arctic knew that he would have to expand upon his techniques vastly if he wanted to stay competitive in the universe and currently, he was well aware that he was lacking. Throughout his life he didn't find the need to create a vast arsenal of techniques, the ones he had were more often than not more than enough to deal with the enemies that were sent his way to the slaughter, though now that he was diving deeper and knew he would face some of the universes strongest, he was going to have to improve upon what he knew. He wasn't the type of warrior previously to train for the unknown, he had always assumed he was better than most and his history and combat had proved that thought to be right but this was going to be much different now, he knew he was going to start attracting much deadlier foes, those who were much more powerful than the average grunt. His untrained death beam just wasn't going to cut it anymore and he was going to need more, both offensively and defensively and that wasn't without a doubt. He would need techniques strong enough to take down one of these 'Super Saiyans that he heard so much about and he'd need techniques that would allow him to evade their strongest attacks.
This may have been new to Arctic but he was a very intelligence individual. He had a general idea of what type of techniques would be the most beneficial to him. He had been in enough battles to know what kind of techniques worked and what didn't, though his biggest flaw was that he never experienced a fight against a very powerful foe. This of course was one of the weakest points of his life. Plenty of warriors throughout the universe had trained and prepared for every possible situation, making sure their fighting style was honed and their techniques were plentiful. Arctic of course, had been the opposite.
Arctic had lived his life nearly as a spoiled brat with his own abilities being rather exceptional since birth. He was stronger than most from the day he arrived into this universe and really never had the requirement to pour his heart and soul into training. What he was gifted with was often more than enough and the few techniques he did create had served him well. Along with this, he grew rapidly and had soldiers at his disposal and let them do the dirty work more often than not. Though he was still going to operate like this, he knew he would be required to take out the powerful enemies. The universe had been changing and powerful warriors were showing up more frequently than ever. Even the individual who had destroyed the Kingdom of Frost was a surprise but she had shown Arctic a fraction of the power that was out there. How many others were like her? Capable of such destruction effortlessly? There had to be more, countless more in fact and Arctic would come to blows with them eventually. He knew as the leader of the Galactic Order of Frost and as the future conqueror of the universe, his confrontation with powerful foes was inevitable. He was going to make sure that both his techniques and his power was more than sufficient enough to wipe them out.
Though it would take some work, he did have the facilities to assist him with making all this come true. The benefits of being wealthy were high and he truly couldn't imagine his life any other way and it was only going to get better from here. It was only a matter of time until he was collecting more wealth than he'd even know what to do with and through all that wealth, the amount of power and resources that would be opened up to him wouldn't even be thinkable. He was quite fortunate to be within the wealth but the best of the training equipment had come rather recently.
His dearest friend and ally Daru had purchased a ship for their faction and had implemented it with a Gravity Chamber and of course he would also put his training dummy in her ship to maximize the benefits to the both of them. It was here that he'd focus on his training today. With the gravity chamber and his training dummy combined, they would surely provide a nice boost to his power level when he was done in the room. Along with that, it would give him the perfect place to train up his techniques without being distracted by anybody else. Of course, it was Daru's ship so he wouldn't have any issues with her being there but she was the only exception.
He wanted to train in peace and quite and away from distraction, he wanted to focus on it for his very life may have depended on it. It was only a matter of time until all this training would be put to the test and he didn't want simple distractions being the reason he'd get himself killed. He needed to be the top of the food chain, the most powerful being to ever exist and he wouldn't get that in a room full or training grunts. His training was to be the best with only few breaks and his goals were quite high today. He was going to perfect his Death beam to the point of flawlessness to make sure that anybody who came to face it would meet their end swiftly. Though it would take time and effort to prepare this technique to the fullest, he knew that by the end of the day that it would be complete. It was beyond a reasonable doubt and then he'd move onto his next technique, a more evasive one.

Arctic would make his way over to the district where Daru had parked her ship. This would only be the second time he had seen it but the first time he'd actually entered it. Though they had respect for one another their friendship had been rather short lived given the time he had been alive. He didn't much bother to investigate her own personal business or her belongings. Though, he would have to admit he was rather curious and excited to see this ship in all it's glory and use it to his own benefit. There was a positive to having friends, especially those who could afford nice things. It didn't take him very long before he had finally arrived at his destination and he would land in front of the ship. For a moment he allowed his red eyes to gaze upon it, the ship itself was top of the line and it seemed as if Daru spared no expensive. It was the perfect ship if Arctic was being honest and it was much better than his own. Though in time, he'd invest in a brand new ship for himself with the best training equipment possible but for now, he'd simply use the one that Daru had provided him with. If he had to travel to another planet, she may have to be involved which wasn't much of an issue to him. They had gotten along great and had made quite a decent team and if she were there for whatever adventures he had to do, he felt as if the success rate of the mission would increase drastically.
Though Arctic wanted more people like her in his life, they were few and far between. Powerful and reliable were a very difficult combination to muster up on a planet that thrived off the death of many soldiers. Arctic couldn't count the amount of life that had been lost for the PTO during their former conquests and the future would only hold more death, though people like Daru would manage to survive and thrive. He knew that when he finally claimed the throne of Frost, Daru would be rewarded greatly for her loyalty and her hard work.
Arctic would walk up the ramp slowly and finally enter the ship. He was rather impressed with the interior of it. It was clean, futuristic and had all the desirable nic-nacs for comfort. She clearly didn't miss a single thing when she got this ship and she spared absolutely no expense on such a luxury liner. The technology was state of the art, the furniture pleasant and stylish while also comfortable. This was a ship that Arctic could see himself using frequently, or at least until he had purchased his own. He was thankful that Daru had given him the opportunity to use it. He would continue walking through the ship as he searched out the gravity chamber and still, he was impressed with every aspect of this ship. Daru truly had good taste, she was fitting to be his second in command without any sort of doubt.
It didn't take him too long to reach the training room, though navigating the interior of the ship didn't quite make it easy. Though the ship had been luxurious, the layout was predictable and similar to ships that had come before it. Still, it had been an incredible ship. When Arctic had made his way into the training room he was once again blown away by it. All of it was state of the art, the gravity was newly installed and working and his training dummy with it's charging port had been installed effectively as well. Yet there was still plenty of open space with nothing to get in the way of an individuals training. This was honestly the perfect place for him to hone his abilities and prepare for what was to come, though before he got started he couldn't help but take a walk around the room and as he did, his thoughts wandered away on him.
This ship was the first official ship to the Galactic Order of Frosts fleet and it marked the beginning of a new age for Arctic and the planet itself. The ship itself had now set the standard of the future for the planet and what all soldiers would be having access too. Of course, their ships would be much smaller but the technology and standard would be the same and this standard would cross over to all types of equipment. It wouldn't matter if it had been a scouter or a set of armour, there would be no expense spared in order to provide the soldiers with the best of the best. If they had been treated right through material objects, their moral would be higher and their devotion to earn more would be higher. The soldiers would make more and be provided with more and in turn they would bring Arctic more and be much more valuable. Of course, he still would slay those who failed and rule them with an iron grasp but those who wouldn't fail wouldn't have to worry. Arctic had few expectations, listen and succeed.
Though now that Arctic had lapped the room multiple times, it was time to get into the heart of his training session. He wasn't going to waste too much time before getting started as he simply wanted to get much stronger and finish off this technique. He was going to perfect his death beam first, he wanted to see this technique blast through the Queen of the saiyan race before he brought their pathetic planet to the brink of destruction. He wanted her headless body on that planet with a hole in her chest as the planet took its last breath among the stars and exploding into a vast space of emptiness. He has his plans, he had his goals and now he had to make them come true and with the help of this room, he knew they'd come to pass.

Being in the gravity chamber, Arctic had been ready to get to work though it had been quite some time since he trained under any kind of gravity. The one machine in the building he normally trained on was currently down and out and needed repairs that may never come. It was a blessing he had the opportunity to use Daru's but it was also going to take a little bit of getting used too. He would need to let himself become adapted to the weight once more as it tried to force him down to the cold tile flooring in the room. It would take quite a bit of determination to stand tall against the might of the gravity, but he was confident that he would have little to no issue doing so. He was a Changeling after all, and a very gifted one at that. There wasn't anything he couldn't do and he was confident in his abilities, he wouldn't let gravity have the best of him. He would do his best to insure that he remained off the floor and standing quite tall, or at least as tall as he could in his first form. Though the time has come to get started and before he got working with the training dummy to improve upon his techniques, he'd simply start with facing the gravity to adapt to it once more. The last thing he would want to do is overexert himself under the pressure and collapse to the floor, what kind of look what that be for the future ruler of the Planet Frost? He was far above that and he always needed to maintain some sort of superiority. "Activate the gravity, Fifty Times." Upon stating his demand to the computer it would listen and quickly activate the gravity to the desired setting and he would immediately feel it. Given the time frame since he last did this, the pressure of the gravity pressing down on his shoulders was much heavier than he had expected. It brought a very slight wobble to his knees as he remained standing, though it wasn't anything too serious nor was it near enough to make him collapse. Though running through a very quick warm up was decided to be best for him, that way he could be active and truly adapt to what the gravity was throwing at him. It didn't take long for him to start moving around the room at rapid speeds, throwing a barrage of punches and kicks around the room in the air as he kept his pacing up. He didn't do this slowly either, he let himself go to allow himself to have a little bit of fun in this shadow boxing session he was carrying through. Though he knew that once he was done with this, he would activate the training dummy and get to work on improving his death beam but he had a little bit more time before he got to that part, for now he was taking it rather slow and by a step by step basic. His pace picked up even further as he started to have a little bit of fun, the only thing that could've made this better was a real live target to brutalize and punish in here but that wasn't going to happen. Arctic had much liked his peace and quiet when he was training, it allowed him to focus with crystal clarity and he much desired that. It wasn't often that he got moments on this planet alone and unbothered, so he tried to soak it all up while he could. His warm up continued as he circled the room dozens of times, his kicks and punches being held fast at a very rapid pace. There wasn't any signs of the weight of the gravity being too much for him, though he did feel his own Super heavy weights getting a slight bit heavier. Simply due to the weight of them being pulled down harder, yet he didn't slow and he was confident that he had already adapted to the new pressure upon his shoulders. That would leave him with one more thing to do for the day. Though he wanted to improve upon his Death Beam technique, he did have another technique in mind if he was able to master that quickly. He was thinking of improving his speed to the point it seemed as if he could teleport, a very ideal technique to avoid damage and get out of the way, plus it would allow him to relocate in order to get a positional edge in combat. Though he would save it for second, that was his next priority as far as fighting techniques went. He wanted a good balance of both offensive and defensive techniques to give him the most optimal options in the battlefield and while he was aware that they'd all take time to do, he knew that if he kept working on it throughout the next few months, he'd be in a very good place by time anything extraordinary happen to him. When he was finally pleased with his gravity chamber results, Arctic would place both his feet on the ground and brace himself for what was to happen next. He was going to start his training dummy up and get them on a defensive scenario to absorb the damage coming from his death beams. He knew he was going to be firing it off a bunch and he wanted the ship protected and he wanted to make sure that the dummy could handle the power being shot at it. It'd be a damn shame for Arctic to unintentionally do damage to the ship or his training bot. He would rather be safe than sorry, after all the ship had belonged to somebody else and he didn't want to damage his own property either, though it was finally time to get to it and he wasn't going to hold back any longer.

Now that it was time to get started with the training dummy, Arctic didn't quite waste anytime with this. He was well warmed up and ready to go. It had been such a long time since he had trained so intensely and consistently that he was extremely motivated to carry on. He was enjoying this, though there were things that could've made it better, he was genuinely having a little bit of fun. There wasn't too much on Frost that did bring him joy and he most often enjoyed hurting others but this, this might've been in his top ten. Plus, he felt like he could feel himself getting stronger and much more powerful simply by training the basics in the gravity chamber and that wasn't something that he felt every day. He craved to be the most powerful thing in the universe, he wanted it to be a reality so bad and that was exactly what he had been working towards for the last few weeks. His power had amplified by an incredible margin already and he still had plenty of room to grow. He knew that if he were to keep this up for the weeks to come, he would truly become a forced to be reckoned with. He would become one of the deadliest fighters in the universe. He just had to keep it up, he couldn't slack off or get lazy he just had to keep carrying on to become the strongest being in the universe. Though now that it was time, Arctic would finally give the orders for the training dummy. "Activate the training dummy, Defensive Protocols." The defensive protocols were a very simple program for the training dummy to run. It would simply scan Arctic to see what he was going for an attack and defend appropriately. If Arctic was attacking with an energy technique, the dummy would use energy absorption nodes in it's hand to dissipate the energy and charge it's own battery and if Arctic were to attack physically, it would simply block with it's arms or legs to soften the blow and let the user of the technique learn their moves. It was advanced software developed by those on Frost and it was quite handy. Though once Arctic had given the word the training dummy moved forward and locked its scanners onto Arctic. It was obviously ready to go and awaited any sort of attack that the Changeling could throw its way. Arctic was quite looking forward to this, honing his favourite technique. One would've assumed that being his favourite, he would've amplified it long ago but that simply wasn't the case. He was better than everybody else to begin with and never found the need to improve until now but now that powerful warriors were starting to emerge more frequently, he felt that they were a threat to the Galactic Order he was trying to build. Those who would suffer this technique, were the ones pushing him to perfect it and improve it. It was at this point that Arctic would bring his right pointer finger up and point it towards the training dummy. It was the same position he had used countless times before, he swiftly gathered the energy as a small purple ball of energy formed at the very fingertip as the technique was already good to launch. This technique was very basic and simple and while a toddler could use how to use this technique, it did need some work to perfect it. What Arctic wanted was an improved power output and simply more damage. He wanted it to be able to puncture through the chest of a super saiyan, or even the warrior who had devastated the kingdom of Frost. So long as his accuracy would remain true, there could be no failure when this technique made contact. It would have to cause some massive damage to his opponent and if they'd survive the initial impact of Arctic managed to hit them somewhere that was non-fatal, he had hopes that the blood loss would be more than enough to finish off his opponent for good. Though the latter of the two may be a much slower death, it would still be rather an appropriate end to his enemies for him. As long as he was the one left standing by the end of it, he wouldn't have any negative words to say. Now that the technique had finally been prepared, Arctic would fire the purple laser out of his finger from the small orb of energy at the tip and watch as the beam rapidly closed the distance between himself and the training dummy. The training dummy would quickly react as it scanned the incoming technique and immediately determined it to be a very high output of ki, the training dummy would raise it's right hand and place it's energy absorption orb in the way of the blast. Arctic's attack would strike the orb directly and the room would light up with a white light emitted from the node and it didn't take long before the training dummy absorbed the entirety of the attack and the room went back to it's normal lighting. The training dummy would've been much more charged up than previously and Arctic would've been quite content. He had managed to put more power into the technique before and it was even quicker than before. He had managed to implement two rapid improvements into his technique simply by trying it out once, though he believed there was still a little room for it to grow. He could do better and he was absolutely going to do better. He wasn't going to waste his time practising it either. He was going to do it one more time and perfect this thing and make it ready for his opponents. It would be his most powerful death beam technique and it would be the technique that blasted through the chest of the saiyan Queen. It would be all too perfect.

It was quite a wonderful thing succeeding like this, though it may have been a small victory it was still one that had mattered to Arctic. He had always been one to measure his victories on the big plans, on the scheming and thinking he executed to actually accomplish something big, he would never count these times of things before, though he was going to start. His mindset had mildly shifted since he began training himself to become stronger and his own strength and the rate at which he grew, he actually had been taking notes of it, he had tracked his progress accurately and really started to count this as a victory. A few weeks ago, he had been much weaker than what he was today. He had over tripled his power level since he had started making these attempts at growing stronger and if he kept it up, he'd be over ten times stronger than he was by the end of the month and hopefully be in a position to fight the saiyan Queen if need be.
He knew that he'd need a great power in order to face her, she had achieved a power that most saiyan warriors couldn't and Arctic was looking forward to slicing off her head in front of any spectating saiyans. It was a goal he truly desired, almost more than him taking the throne of Frost. He was going to kill off the entire saiyan race and he planned to start with her and all this new and great power was going to be needed in order to accomplish that, after all the saiyan race as a whole was no joke. The mighty Oozaru individually, was weak but together? They couldn't be a more powerful fighting force and Arctic was going to insure that he never had to race such a sight and he was going to promise to make sure his soldiers would never have to encounter such a violent end to their lives.
It was all part of the plan that he had been progressing through very rapidly, though he still had plenty of room to grow he was nearing his goals every single day and it wouldn't be much longer now until he managed to secure Frost. He just had to keep up on the training every single week, keep grinding away at his power, his fighting style and his techniques. He was going to be the most ruthless, merciless thing in this universe and he couldn't wait until he had gotten the chance to prove it to everybody. He would leave countless dead and those left alive, he would enslave to an exhausting life of labour to gather resources for his mighty uprising faction. The universe would be his to control with nobody in his way to stop him. It would be a delightful existence and he would kill anybody who attempted to stand in his way. This thought would've brought a smile to his face, encouraged him to try even harder.
Though his focused returned on finishing off his technique and mastering it, Arctic would now lift his finger once more. He was one final attack away from perfecting his technique an making it the Queen killer, the Emperors Death Beam. With his finger extended he once again charged a small orb of purple energy at his fingertip as he prepared the technique. He rapidly charged and condensed a considerable amount of energy into this small orb. It was triple the amount he had usually put into the technique and he had done it in nearly the same amount of time. He was currently pleased with the output of power and he was quite pleased with how little time it had taken to put that much of a punch behind the beam itself. There was nothing more he could do to improve it now, all there was left was for him to launch it at the dummy.
If the target were live, he'd be nearly ecstatic and excited to see the results of his handiwork but he knew that moment would be provided to him in the near future. Whether it be a saiyan warrior, the one who wiped the Kingdom of Frost off the planet or the saiyan Queen herself, this technique would draw its blood soon and serve it's purpose well. When that time came, he would truly be pleased and see the full results of his work but for now, he would only get to witness how a training dummy would manage against it and he already knew how that was going to go.
When he was ready, he'd finally fire off the Emperors Death beam and watch as the narrow purple beam of light would once again fly towards the robotic training aid. Once more the dummy would raise it's right hand and placed the absorption orb in the way of the blast to fully absorb the entirety of the technique. It not only fuelled the robots energy further but it also made quick word to dissipate the energy and make sure that the ship was safe and with that one blast, Arctic was now pleased with his fully upgraded technique.
If he could master every single technique this quickly, he knew that it wouldn't take long before he was hunting down these super saiyans and removing them effectively. The ones on Earth, the few that may have been on Vegeta, none were going to be safe. The whole universe was going to be at risk of facing his might. Frost, Namek and even Earth were all going to be conquered and put under his faction banner while Vegeta would be blown to bits. It was all going to happen in due time but the way he was growing, it wouldn't take long at all before he started to pile up the bodies but given that this had been so quick, he was going to move onto his next technique for the day.
